Overview

Sand production line is widely used in mineral processing, building materials, Bridges, highways, railways, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries, Used for crushing limestone, basalt, granite, cobblestone and other rocks.The sand crushing and screening plant have great merits such as high automation,high crushing ratio and big capacity. The equipment configuration can be customized as each customer actual conditions.

Work flow of sand production line

1. The stone is primarily broken by coarse crusher (coarse jaw crusher);

2. Then the coarse stone is transported by the belt conveyor to the fine crushing machine (fine crushing cone crusher) for further crushing. After the fine crushed stone is put into the sand making machine.

3.After sand making machine,the sand is transported by the belt conveyor to the vibrating screen,One part of the finished sand is made after cleaning by the sand washing machine (optional). The other part of the sand making machine is broken again and finally produces all kinds of sand that meet the requirements.
